We founded our law firm to provide our clients with high-quality, tailored and reliable legal services. The firm is built on the professional collaboration of two independent lawyers. Our shared professional outlook and broad experience allow us to offer our clients comprehensive and effective legal support.

We have broad professional experience in providing legal support to business associations, in particular to large companies in the construction sector, including the handling of complex legal questions relating to investments, construction projects, works contracts, business cooperation and the day-to-day operation of market participants.

Dr. Fógel Norbert
lawyer
Member of the Debrecen Bar Association. He began practicing as a lawyer in 2017, after passing the Hungarian bar examination. Over his career to date he has handled predominantly commercial and corporate law mandates, and within these he has carried out, and continues to carry out, a wide range of legal work related to the construction industry.
He has taken part in delivering numerous investments that have fundamentally shaped the development and character of the city of Debrecen, among them the property development projects of the Aquaticum Strand, the International School, Dóczy Park, the Sas Street underground car park and the Mercure Hotel Debrecen, as well as the renovation of the Csokonai Theater. On these projects, which are without parallel even at national level, he provided comprehensive legal services, from designing the contractual structures through handling the legal questions arising during the construction phase to the legal coordination of project closure.
He has extensive experience in providing legal support for industrial and property development projects involving public procurement and in designing contractual structures, and consequently in civil law, public procurement law, construction law and commercial law. He is particularly experienced in reviewing draft contracts connected to public procurement procedures for property development, preparing legal opinions, providing legal representation in civil litigious and non-litigious proceedings, drafting the typical and atypical contracts of commercial life, company amendment and company registration tasks, preparing employment documents, and in practically every other legal task that typically arises in business and in the construction industry. In addition, he continuously handles mandates in other civil law and employment law matters.
In his work he pays particular attention to constructive problem-solving, precision, handling cases comprehensively, meeting deadlines and managing legal risks with foresight. He adapts flexibly to complex situations and seeks a partnership-based approach with project teams, contractors and authorities alike. Forward thinking, clear communication and a high standard of legal rigor play a central role in his work.
He also provides a broad range of legal services to private individuals, whether the matter is drafting and reviewing contracts, civil law cases, enforcing claims or other legal advice.
The defining field of his practice is real estate law, in which he provides full legal assistance in property sales, gifts and other real estate transactions.

Dr. Papp Tímea Erika
lawyer
Member of the Debrecen Bar Association. She earned her law degree in 2012 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen. During her time as a trainee lawyer she gained broad professional and litigation experience in many areas of civil law, particularly in family law, inheritance law and damages cases. She passed the Hungarian bar examination in 2016.
After the bar examination she continued her professional career in the field of public administration, in a professional service relationship. In this work she gained significant experience in regulatory practice, administrative procedural law and official decision-making. In the meantime, to broaden her professional knowledge further, in 2022 she obtained a master's degree in disaster management at the University of Public Service, together with a qualification as a certified disaster management executive.
She then served as legal counsel to the Hajdú-Bihar County Disaster Management Directorate, providing full legal representation for the organization. Her duties covered the handling of regulatory and administrative law questions, the drafting and review of contracts and other documents, and legal representation in court and other official proceedings.
Since then she has been practicing as an independent lawyer, providing legal assistance across a wide range of civil and administrative law. Her principal fields include real estate law, family law, inheritance law, administrative law and employment law. Drawing on her broad professional experience, she represents clients in court and authority proceedings and drafts and reviews contracts and other legal documents.
In her work she pays particular attention to providing clients with reliable, professionally well-founded legal solutions suited to their specific situation, keeping in view the effective enforcement of their interests and the most successful possible resolution of disputes.
Fees
Transparent, predictable fees
The lawyer's fee is in every case a matter of free agreement between the client and our firm. It is set once we have full knowledge of the case, taking into account its complexity and the extent of the legal work required.
We pay particular attention to providing our clients with transparent, fair and cost-effective fees. When setting the fee we take customary market prices into account and aim for an arrangement that is proportionate to the legal task at hand while remaining client-friendly and predictable.
The lawyer's fee is always set in advance, in the retainer agreement concluded with the client, so that our clients have a precise picture of the expected costs at the moment they sign the agreement and are not faced with unexpected charges.
Alongside providing high-quality, tailored and effective legal services, it is our aim to keep costs within reasonable limits.
